The location of this place is super convenient, right next to a bunch of shops. 🛍️ Plus, you've got awesome restaurants nearby, easy access to main roads, and all the cool attractions in this area. It's basically a hub of stores, loads of dining spots, and plenty of places to shop 'til you drop!

When I discovered a flat tire as we were leaving the hotel, the staff quickly arranged a taxi for my son's college visit while I took care of the tire. They even helped with our antique chair and allowed us extra time, going above and beyond to assist us. The hotel itself was clean, quiet, and conveniently located. I highly recommend staying at Hampton Inn.

The folks at the front desk were wonderful! We had some questions regarding our reservations and they were quickly able to straighten them out! There is a substantial amount of renovation going on at the Inn right now, but despite that the hotel did everything to make our stay as enjoyable as possible! The pool was great, everything was very clean, the room was very comfortable, but for me, the people working there were just Great!! Just for the record. . . . The Texas Steakhouse behind the Inn offers a great meal. . . . 2 for $20.00!!!!! again, thanks for a very nice stay!!!

While it's not a question of "not liking", I would like to see the following improvements made, as I am planning on returning to Mooresville several times in the near future! A. The buffet breakfast is nice, but you've got to do something about the flavor of the eggs, and how about some grated american cheese and potatoes at breakfast! B. You have the best chocolate cookies in the South, but some of your guests are hogs and like to take (steal) most of them when they are put out! Find a way to give every guest a chance to enjoy them! My only real disappointment did not come from the Inn! The next time i'm using a hotel, i'll call them directly, and not use a booking agency, of any kind!!!

The staff was superb!!!! The management must really encourage customer service! I don't believe I ever received that many "hellos, can I help you's" anywhere I have stayed!

It was under construction and that wasn't mentioned anywhere on the Booked.net site. That was disappointing to arrive and see that the photos online did not match the activity that was going on with construction.
